Order Processing Time

  • Processing & Handling: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Status: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that if an order contains multiple items of varying sizes (such as a lightweight toy and a larger dog bed), they may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages to ensure safe transit and meet international shipping standards.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order processing cut-off time is 17:00 (UTC+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations, Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We manage a highly optimized global supply chain, dispatching orders directly from our premium manufacturing and fulfillment hubs in Asia (Mainland). To ensure fair and accurate pricing, our shipping costs are calculated cumulatively based on the specific item types and categories in your cart at checkout, rather than solely by product quantity.

We offer reliable international shipping to the United States with timelines tailored to product categories:

  • Standard Pet Gear & Supplies (Harnesses, Apparel, Toys): Typically takes 10–15 business days.
  • Larger Home & Bedding Items (Crates, Heavy Beds): Dispatched via dedicated freight lines and typically takes 12–20 business days.

Shipping costs will be dynamically and transparently rendered at checkout based on your specific item selection.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number(s).The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our customers in the United States, duties and import taxes are generally not charged on standard pet supply orders valued under $800. For the vast majority of standard retail orders, you will not face additional customs fees upon delivery.However, please note that hipetstudio.com cannot be held responsible for local tariffs, VAT, or handling fees imposed by customs authorities on bulk commercial orders or orders that exceed this international threshold.

Damages & Lost Packages
